The economy twin room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfy king-size bed and a cozy corner sofa. Breakfast was good, with a fresh variety that exceeded my expectations every morning.

The room we had included central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. The bed was good & the staff was extremely friendly and excellent. The services were good, including great breakfasts and free parking if needed.

Just spent 5 nights in Yerevan at Metropol Hotel. The breakfast blew me away with its variety. The rooms were huge and super clean! Only downside was a bit of noise from the busy street. A solid stay!

The property was exceptionally clean and bright. Booked twin room with 3 seperated beds. Liked that we had a private safe, central heating, and an iron. The staff was very polite, amazingly nice, no complaints.

My bed creaked like an old ship, and the staff's apathy was astounding. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but clearly that's too much to ask. Breakfast was a tragic excuse for a meal. Nearly convinced myself to give a good review, but just couldn't deal with it.

The location is good and incredible for exploring Yerevan. Genacvale Pandok, where you can eat lunch, is around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I can recommend the hotel with a calm conscience. The stay was very relaxed, the hotel staff tried very hard and helpful.

Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed at breakfast. The preparation of the tables as also the supply of the buffet took too long.

Breakfast really bad, bread and rolls old - no toaster to save anything. Coffee and tea the same. Fruit ran out fast. Sweet topping almost not available. All in all the whole dining room was dark and uncomfortable, Soviet charm I would say. For sleeping and exploring the city, good value for money, not suitable for feeling good and relaxing in a hotel.
